The Report includes three sections: the calendar pages (one for each month in the report), a summary of the events in the calendar (if an Event Group is selected), and a summary of the discipline balance changes (if Show Discipline and Show Point Reduction are checked).
The Attendance Calendar Report will include a page for each calendar month specified by the date parameters – Date Range Type, Start/End Date, Prev. X Months, and Include Current.
The calendar pages are similar to the Attendance Calendar form. The data that is displayed will depend on whether you selected and Event Group or checked Show Discipline, Show Comment/Reason, Show Holiday, Show Inactive, or Show Point Reduction.
The summary page displays two sections. In the first section, the names of the events from the Event Group (if one is selected as a report parameter) display with the number of occurrences. In the second section, the discipline balance changes display.
