Fields and Options

Use the tabs, forms, and dialog boxes in the Employees & Users area of the Configuration workspace to enter or import employee information. For employees who use Deltek CRM, you also enter their logon information and security role.

    Use the Employees & Users area in the Configuration workspace to enter basic information about your employees. For those employees who require access to Deltek CRM, you also enter their user names and default passwords and assign a security role.
  • Employee Information Dialog Box
    Use the Employee Information dialog box to enter an employee's name and related information.
  • Import Employees from CSV Dialog Box
    Use the Import Employees From CSV dialog box to map the fields in your .CSV file to the corresponding fields in Deltek CRM and to run the process to import employee information from the .CSV file.
  • Edit Organization Dialog Box
    If you use organizations, use the Edit Organization dialog box to assign opportunities or employees to an organization.
  • User Setup Dialog Box
    If an employee requires access to Deltek CRM, hover over the employee row in the Employees & Users area and click near the end of the row to display the User Setup dialog box. On the dialog box, enter the employee's user name and password and assign a security role that provides the necessary access.
