Update the RPC (% and date) for projects and phases

The Reported Percent Complete (RPC) is the amount of a project or phase that is complete as reported on a specific date in the project lifecycle.

When you keep the RPC up-to-date, it helps you more accurately monitor the status of your project through Ajera's reports.

  1. Open the project (click Setup > Projects, and in the project list at the top of the window, click the project).
  2. Click the Manage tab.
  3. If you don't see the columns for reported percent complete, click (Customize) to add them.
  4. Click Save.

To review a list of the reported percent complete for projects and phases, be sure to see the Reported Percent Complete inquiry.

From the Inquiry menu, click Project > Reported Percent Complete. You can easily print out inquiries and customize them as needed. For more information, in help, search for inquiries.
