Set Up Role Security Access for Ask Dela

Your administrator specifies a security role's access to Ask Dela.

Use the Ask Dela digital assistant for conversational interactions regarding hub record data and project summary data using generative artificial intelligence.

Prerequisites: Before you set up access to Ask Dela for a security role, you must first enable Ask Dela in Settings > General > Options. For more information, see Enable Ask Dela.

To grant access to Ask Dela for a security role:

1. In the Navigation pane, select Settings > Security > Roles.
2. On the Roles Form, complete the following actions:
   1. Specify a security role for which you want to grant Ask Dela access.
   2. Select the Record Access tab.
   3. Select Allow Access to Ask Dela.
3. Click Save.
