Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Enable Ask Dela

Enable Ask Dela for interactive conversations about Vantagepoint hub record and project summary data. Deltek's digital assistant provides users with the ability to leverage generative artificial intelligence technology to ask questions and receive responses about Vantagepoint hub records.

Prerequisites: You must select either English (United States) or English (International) as your language during login. Ask Dela does not currently support other languages.

To enable Ask Dela:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Settings > General > Options.
  2. On the Options form, select Enable Ask Dela (A Generative AI Feature).
  3. Click Save.

After enabling Ask Dela at the system level, you must enable it for each security role that requires access to the digital assistant. For information, see Set Up Role Security Access for Ask Dela.
