Billing Transfers and QuickBooks Integration
Billing transfers that you make in Vantagepoint for expense and unit costs are updated in QuickBooks Online.
Billing transfers move expense and unit costs on unposted invoices from one project to another or within a project to reclassify project costs.
Entering a Billing Transfer for Expenses or Units in Vantagepoint
You enter billing transfers in Vantagepoint Transfer action on the grid toolbar on the Expenses and Units tabs of the Interactive Billing form.

Billing Transfers for Expenses or Units Added to QuickBooks Online
The billing transfers from Vantagepoint are added to QuickBooks Online as follows:
- For expense transfers, vendor expenses are updated in
Example: You entered expenses in Vantagepoint for vendor A that were applied to project 1 (client 1). In Vantagepoint, you transfer these expenses to project 2 (client 2). In QuickBooks Online, you will still see these expenses for vendor A, but they will now be associated with project 2 (client 2).

Labor Transfers
Labor transfers that you enter in Interactive Billing in Vantagepoint do not get added to QuickBooks Online. If you enter a labor transfer in Vantagepoint, you must manually make the equivalent entry in QuickBooks Online.
