AR Comments Grid
The AR Comments grid on the dialog box is filtered by default to display all the posted invoices for the project that you selected in the Accounts Receivable grid on the AR Review form, for the billing client that you selected on the AR Review form. To view all AR comments entered for the billing client, remove the project filter for the grid.
To add a new comment to the grid, click + Add Comment below the grid. If your security role does not have update access to accounts receivable comments, this option is not available.
You can add comments for specific invoices, and you can add a generic comment for a billing client without referencing a specific project or invoice number. To do this, click + Add Comment and then remove the project number from the row.
