Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Billing Labor Release Dialog Box

Use this dialog box in Interactive Billing if you want to bill only part of a labor transaction's total number of regular, overtime, and/or overtime-2 hours on the next invoice for a project.

When you change the hours on this dialog box to release and bill only part of the transaction's total labor hours, the original transaction is split, and you see two transactions in the grid on the Labor tab of the Interactive Billing form. The new transaction has the portion of labor hours ready to bill with a Bill status. The original transaction retains its original status (before the release), and its hours have been reduced to show the remaining hours.
