Make a Transaction or Transaction File Non-Recurring

You can stop the recurring instances of a transaction or transaction file.

To stop the recurring instances of a transaction or transaction file:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Transaction Center > Transaction Entry.
  2. Select the type of transaction that you want to modify, such as Journal Entries or AP Vouchers.
  3. On the main form of the selected transaction or file, select the recurring transaction or file that you want to modify.
  4. At the end of the row of the selected transaction or file, click or > View Details.
  5. On the Actions bar of the transaction entry form, select Other Actions > End File Recurring.
If you are modifying a transaction file, when you make it non-recurring, all the transactions in the file automatically becomes non-recurring, too.
