Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Confirm Data After Initial Import

After the initial data import from Salesforce to Vantagepoint, it is import to verify the accuracy of the data that was imported before

To confirm data after import:

  1. Review the following:
    • Review your labels and lists to ensure values are correct paying special attention to list values that were appended to the List.
    • If you select to update records as well, check that your list values match your values in Salesforce to ensure that you don't have duplicate values on update.
    • Review a few imported projects (opportunities in Salesforce), firms (accounts in Salesforce), and contacts. Remember that information is pulled in based on the Salesforce opportunities, so only accounts and contacts that are related to imported opportunities will be imported.
