Change Number Tab of the Absence Accrual Codes (Key Conversions)

Use this tab to change the code of an existing absence accrual code.

Field	Description
Run	Click Run to change the codes for the absence accrual codes entered in the grid. Warning: We strongly recommend that a backup copy of your database is created before running the utility, because there is no way to undo the process without a backup database.
Schedule	Click Schedule to display the Schedule dialog box where you can configure options to schedule the conversion process of the utility.

Change Number Grid Columns

Field	Description
Existing Absence Accrual Code	Select an absence accrual code from the drop-down with the code that needs to be modified.
Existing Absence Accrual Code Name	Displays the absence accrual code name of the selected absence accrual code in the Existing Absence Accrual Code column.
New Absence Accrual Code	Enter the new code to be applied for the selected absence accrual code in the Existing Absence Accrual Code column.

Change Number Grid Options

Field	Description
+ Add Absence Accrual Code	Click + Add Absence Accrual Code below the grid to add a blank row in the grid. Use the blank row to select or enter the absence accrual code information in the respective columns. Add more blank rows to change the codes of more absence accrual codes.
X	Click X at the end or a row to delete the row.
