Download Search Results

After completing an advanced search on a previewed report, you can download the results of the search to a .CSV (comma separated values) file. This allows you to then use Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet application that supports .CSV files to open the file and format the exported data for analysis and to share with other team members.

Prerequisites: In Reporting, Run a report. From other applications, click Print.

To export results from an advanced search:

  1. Click Search and Download on the toolbar of the previewed report.
    The Search Criteria grid at the bottom of the report lists the fields that you can select as search targets to include in the search output.
  2. In the Search Criteria grid, select the check box next to each row that you want to include in the search output.

  3. Click Show Results on the grid menu.
    The Search Results grid displays the search results and the number of result rows displays at the top of the grid.
  4. Click Download to export the search results to a .CSV file.
