  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Document Properties Pane

When you create a proposal, you can set the default properties for all pages of the proposal document, including page height and orientation, margins, headers and footers, and so on.

When you add new pages to a proposal, the default Document Properties apply. There may be instances where individual pages within a document require different formatting. For example, the proposal is all portrait orientation with the exception of two pages of graphs, which require landscape orientation. Use Page Properties options to modify individual pages of the proposal.

When a proposal includes pages that have different properties and you change the Document Properties, the changes apply to all pages that have the same selection as the document property. For example, the document properties have a paper size of 8.5 x 11 and all pages in the document are 8.5 x 11, so if you change the document paper size to A4, then all pages will be automatically changed to A4..

When you change Document Properties, the following options are available:
  • Only Change Similar Pages: Change the pages that had the same value in that property
  • Change All Pages: Apply the same properties to all pages
  • Cancel: Cancel all changes.
