Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Insert Fields from Hub Dialog Box

Use the Insert Fields from Hub dialog box to specify grid and field information that you want to include in your proposals.

When you select fields to add to the proposal, Vantagepoint adds placeholders to the Proposal Builder that indicate what field information will be included. When you merge and finalize the proposal, these placeholders display information from the corresponding hub record in the proposal.
