  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Definition Setup Form

Use this form to create, edit, and save a data export definition for exporting Vantagepoint data to a file.

You select columns (fields) from a specific Vantagepoint application (data pack) to include in a data export definition. You specify the export file type and location, as well as other options, such as sort and filter options, calculated fields, and column properties.

On this form you also export data to a file using the data export definition, preview the data that will be exported before you export, and share a data export definition with other users, based on their security role.
