Set up email or FTP (File Transfer Protocol) addresses as targets to assign to data export definitions in the Exports utility.
When an email or FTP target is assigned to a data export definition and you generate an export file using that definition, the file is sent as an attachment to the specified email addresses for an email target, and to an FTP location for an FTP target.
The targets that you set up are available in the
Export Location field on the Definition Setup form in the Exports utility.
