Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Delete a Data Export Definition

When you delete a data export definition in the Exports utility, it is permanently deleted.

To permanently delete a data export definition:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Utilities > Imports & Exports > Exports.
  2. In the grid on the Definitions tab of the Data Export Definitions form, select the data export definition to delete.
  3. At the end of the data export definition's row, click and then select Delete from the shortcut menu.
  4. On the Delete dialog box that asks if you are sure that you want to delete the row, click Delete.
    You see a "Successfully Delete" message at the top of the screen and are returned to the Definitions tab.
