Updates Utilities
Use these utilities to update information and records throughout Vantagepoint, such as refreshing billing extensions and summary tables, closing out projects, deleting batches, and updating fields using search and replace capabilities.

Use this utility to recalculate the billing amount of transactions (or "billing extensions") prior to generating reports. - Update Billing Status Utility
Use this utility to update the billing status for multiple billing transactions at the same time. - Project Closeout Utility
The Project Closeout utility closes out projects, phases, and tasks and transfers the closed-out information to either another project, phase, or task of the same type or to a special completed project, phase, or task number. Vantagepoint then deletes the closed-out project, phase, or task, and associated information, from the Vantagepoint database. - Refresh Paid Status Utility
Use this utility to update the accounts receivable (AR), voucher (VO), and employee expenses (EX) tables prior to generating reports. - Refresh Summary Tables Utility
Use the Refresh Summary Tables utility to calculate and pre-process project and general ledger information and store the results in a summary table. When you run project or general ledger reports that use summary tables, reports with large amounts of data may be processed faster. - Batch Deletes Utility
Use the Batch Deletes utility to delete, or make inactive, multiple hub records for both standard and user-defined hubs. - Search and Replace Utility
Use the Search and Replace utility to update fields globally for multiple hub records, billing terms, and project plans. You can re-run a Search and Replace update that you performed previously or view the history of previous Search and Replace runs.
