The Integrations, Imports & Exports, and Combine Firms utilities are in the browser application.
Other utilities are located in Utilities in the desktop application.

Use these utilities to update information and records throughout Vantagepoint, such as refreshing billing extensions and summary tables, closing out projects, deleting batches, and updating fields using search and replace capabilities. - History Loading
As part of installing Vantagepoint, you enter historical information about your projects and accounts, including labor and expenses accumulated on projects, account balances, and outstanding transactions. - Key Conversions
Use Key Conversions to change certain numbers or codes in your database to new numbers or codes. The changes that you make with the Key Conversion utility apply to all of the data in your database. - Key Formats
For certain numbers or codes in you database, you can use the Key Formats utilities to change the length of the code, specify a delimiter, or specify a delimiter position. - Process Server
Use the process server to run processing jobs that involve large amounts of data. The process server sends these lengthy jobs to the Vantagepoint application server, where they run in the background. When you submit a processing job to the process server, you free the submitting computer to be used for other tasks.
