This column displays the number that identifies your customer account with the vendor. This column is available when the

This column displays the date on which the address in the vendor record was created.

This column displays the user ID of the person who created the address in the vendor record.

Address Description
|
This column displays the description of the vendor's address (for example, Company Headquarters, Northeast Office, or Distribution Center).

This column displays the date on which the address in the vendor record was most recently modified.

This column displays the discount code for a vendor.
|
Discount Pct
|
This column displays the discount period. The discount period is the number of days during which the discount is available.

Discount Period

EFT Email
|
If the vendor should receive an email copy of the transactions in the EFT file, this column contains the email address.

EFT Email Remittance
|
This column contains
Y if the vendor should receive a printed copy of the transactions in the EFT file. It contains
E if the vendor should receive a copy by email.

Fax
|
This column displays the fax number for the record.
|
Federal ID
|
This column displays the 11-digit number assigned to the vendor by the federal government for tax purposes. If the vendor is a consultant, this number is usually the consultant's Social Security number.

HBCU or Minority Institution
|
This Yes/No column indicates whether or not the firm is an historically black college or university (HBCU). This is based on the selections in
Socioeconomic Status on the Overview tab of the Firms hub. Minority status information may be useful in preparing proposals.

|
This column displays the type of firm associated with the contact.
|
Memo
|
This column displays the notes entered in the
Memo field on the Overview tab of the respective hub.

Minority Business
|
This Yes/No column indicates whether or not the vendor is a minority business. This is based on the selections in
Socioeconomic Status on the Overview tab of the Firms hub. Minority status information may be useful in preparing proposals.

This column displays the date on which the record was most recently modified.

Modify User

This column displays the user ID of the person who most recently modified the record.

OH Account
|
This column displays the account number that receives the explicit debit entry when you post vouchers for the vendor to an overhead or promotional project.

Organization
|
If your enterprise uses organizations, this column displays the organization for which this vendor provides goods or services.

Organization Status
|
This column displays the status (active, inactive, or dormant) of the organization that is associated with the record.
|
Paid Last Year
|
This column displays the amount paid to this vendor during the previous calendar year. The amount excludes credit card payments made to a vendor in AP Disbursement Transaction Entry.

Paid This Year
|
This column displays the amount paid to this vendor during the current calendar year. The amount excludes credit card payments made to a vendor in AP Disbursement Transaction Entry.

Payment Terms
|
This column displays the default payment terms for vouchers entered for the vendor. The available values are:

Next: Payment for any outstanding vouchers is processed in the next check processing run.
- Hold: Payment for any outstanding vouchers is on hold until you change the payment terms.
- Pay When Paid (PWP): Payment for any outstanding vouchers is processed in the next check processing run after your company receives full payment from the client for the jobs associated with the vouchers.

This column displays the phone number for the record.
|
Prior Work
|
This Yes/No column indicates whether or not the vendor has done work for your firm in the past.
|
Recommend
|
This Yes/No column indicates whether or not the firm is classified as a vendor, has done work for your enterprise in the past, and is recommended for future work.
|
Regular Account
|
This column displays the account number that receives the debit (explicit posting) when you post vouchers to a regular project for the vendor. This account is a direct or reimbursable expense account.
|
Separate Checks
|
This Yes/No column indicates whether or not you print a separate check for each voucher submitted by the vendor. This column is available when the
Approved for use in processing option is selected on the Vendor tab of the Firms hub. If this column contains
N,
Vantagepoint totals all of the vouchers for the vendor that are scheduled for payment and prints one check for the total amount.

Small Business
|
This Yes/No column indicates whether or not the firm or vendor is a small business. This is based on the selections in
Socioeconomic Status on the Overview tab of the Firms hub. Minority status information may be useful in preparing proposals.

Specialty
|
If the firm is classified as a vendor, this column contains the vendor specialty (for example, Industrial, Retail, or Municipal).

Specialty Description
|
If the firm is classified as a vendor, this column contains additional information about that firm's specialty.

This column displays the two-character abbreviation for the state from the record's address.
|
Status
|
This column displays the status of the record: Active, Dormant, or Inactive.

Tax Country Code
|
This column displays the tax code for the country in which the vendor is located.

This column displays the firm's tax registration number. This is the number that is assigned by each country and used for tax reporting
