Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Candidate Activity Tracking

Use this report to provide details on activities such as requested assessments, interview invitations, extended offers, and secondary applications to be completed.

When selecting filter options for this report, you must specify a date range, and the name of the action you are filtering on, for example, invite to interview. You can also select additional options to further filter the results on your report. When finished selecting filter options, click the Run button to run the report.

After running the report, the following actions are available:

Field Description
Download as CSV Click this button to save a copy of the report in .CSV (comma-separated values) format.
Download as PDF Click this button to save a copy of the report in .PDF format.
Download as Excel Select More Options > Download as Excel to save a copy of the report in .XLS (Microsoft Excel) format.
Filter Again Select More Options > Filter Again to return to the previous screen and modify the filter options.
