Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Export Product Data from Table View

Export product data from table view to save your BPM's product information outside the platform and use it for external tasks.

Before you export product data, configure the available information in table view by setting columns, setting column groupings, filtering product listings, and sorting product listings.

Note: You can export only product listing information from your BPM's listings. This applies regardless of the available information in table view.

To export product data from table view:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Products.
  2. On the Product Listings page, click Table to shift to table view.
  3. In table view, click .
  4. In the Export As field of the Export dialog box, select whether to export the file as a XLSX or a CSV file.
  5. Click Export.
  6. In the Export Product Management Table dialog box, click Yes to confirm.
