Set Column Groupings for Table View

Set column groupings for table view to organize the available product listing data that you can view on and export from the Product Listings page.

To set column groupings for table view:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Products.
  2. On the Product Listings page, click Table to shift to table view.
  3. In table view, click .
  4. In the Table Settings window, add columns to the Group Columns box:
    • To move a column from the Selected Columns box to the Group Columns box, drag and drop the column by its drag and drop icon from the Selected Columns box to the Group Columns box.
    • To move a column from the Available Columns box to the Group Columns box, click + for the column in the Available Columns box and then drag and drop the column from the Selected Columns box to the Group Columns box.
  5. Remove unnecessary columns from the Group Columns box:
    • To remove a column, click X for the column in the Group Columns box.
    • To remove all columns, click Remove All.
  6. To organize the column grouping order, drag and drop a column in the Group Columns box by its drag and drop icon to the desired column position.
    Note: Perform this step for each column that you want to move.
  7. To set whether a column grouping is collapsed by default, select the box under Collapse for the column. Otherwise, leave blank.
    Note: Perform this step for each column.
  8. To pin the first column grouping, click .
  9. Click Save.
