Save Source Paragraph Updates to Best Practice (New Workspace)

Save updated content from a source paragraph to a best practice instance to share updates on firm-wide standards to other eligible projects.

To save source paragraph content updates to a best practice:

1. In the Elements panel of the new workspace, select an added assembly, family, section, or product type that contains the source paragraph for the best practice instance.
   An added element displays in dark blue.
2. On the new workspace editor, click one of the following tabs to select which part to edit:
   • Part 1 - General
   • Part 2 - Products
   • Part 3 - Execution
3. In your selected part, locate the article that contains your desired paragraph and click to expand the article.
4. Locate the source paragraph that you want to sync.
5. In the paragraph, update the content, if it is not already updated.
6. Click its out-of-sync best practice tag ( or ).
   The best practice instance content is updated and the source paragraph's best practice tag changes to synced ( or ).
