Content Syncing Examples for Smart Project Copy
Use this reference to further understand how content syncs across the source paragraph, the best practice instance, and the applied paragraphs.
The following steps show how you can use smart copy to sync content between two projects:
- In Project A, you tag a paragraph within a family as a global best practice (

- You create Project B and add the paragraph’s parent family.
Specpoint applies best practice and adds the paragraph with a global best practice tag (

- In Project A, you add text to a paragraph. The paragraph’s tag becomes out of sync (
