Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Option Set Controls

Use the available controls to manage the states and selections of a paragraph's option set.

These controls enable you to set all options to the default state or the inactive state. To show these controls, click or in the option set's paragraph depending on which workspace you use.

New Workspace

Classic Workspace

The following options are available:

Option Description
Reset All Options Select this option to reset all options within the option set to the default state.
Deactivate All Options Select this option to set all options within the option set to the inactive state.
Cancel Click this button to hide the option set controls.
Save or Okay Click this button to apply your selected option and hide the option set controls.
