Navigation Menu Options

Use the options in the navigation menu to access areas and pages in Specpoint .

Menu Options for Non-Deltek Onboarders

The following table shows the options that are available to Deltek administrators, authors, and reviewers:

Note: You can only view options on the navigation menu that are available to your user permission.
Option Description
HomeDisplay the dashboard.

Use the widgets on the dashboard to quickly access internal and external resources such as the ENR news page, the latest product listings, and Specpoint and e-SPECS project information.

ProductsAccess the Products area and display the Product Listings page.

Use this area to manage your assigned BPMs' product listings and research listings from other BPMs. As a Deltek administrator, use the Company page to manage information that your assigned BPMs publicly display.

Best Practices
Expand the Best Practices submenu and access the following options:
  • Content Management: Open the Content Management page and manage the content update drafts.
ContactsDisplay the My Contacts page.
SettingsThis option is available only to Deltek administrators.
Expand the Settings submenu and access the following options:
  • Account: View or update information for the Deltek account on the Account Settings page.
  • Manage Users: Manage user accounts within the Deltek account on the User Management page. You can create, edit, activate, and deactivate users within Deltek as well as resend and cancel user invitation emails for pending users.

Menu Options for Deltek Onboarders

The following table shows the options that are available only to Deltek onboarders:

Option Description
Accounts Display the Company Account Settings page and manage BPM and A/E firm accounts. Use the options in this area to enroll new accounts and search for, activate, deactivate, and modify accounts.
