Add Product Listing Window

As a Deltek administrator, use this window to create a new premium listing or premium proprietary listing.

This window requires only essential details about the product listing that you will create, such as the company, family, product type, and product name. The available options in this window depends on the following factors:

• Whether you will create a new premium listing or a new premium proprietary listing
• Whether you will use an existing family or product type or define new ones, as applicable

When you create a new premium listing, you can use this window to define a new premium plus product type for the new listing. You can use the new premium plus product types that you defined for future listings. Similarly, when you create a new premium proprietary listing, you can use this window to define a custom family and/or product type for the new premium proprietary listing. The custom families and custom product types that you defined will be available for future premium proprietary listings.

Specpoint registers the newly defined families and product types (both premium plus and custom) and makes them available in other areas and pages, such as the family and product type filters on the Product Listings page.

After you create a new listing in this window, the following tasks are available to perform on the new listing:

• You can complete the product listing details and related resources through the Manage Listing page in edit mode.
• You can use the newly created listing as a base to add a product listing that has the same company, listing type, family, and product type.
• The respective BPM can now view and edit the listing for submission.
