Contents of the Account Setup Page

Use the fields and options on this page to enter information about the new A/E professional firm or building product manufacturer, or update information for an existing account.

Header Toolbar Contents

The following options are available on the header toolbar of the Account Setup page:

Item	Description
Page Title	This displays the name of the page that you are currently viewing.
Cancel	Cancel setting up or modifying the account.
Save	Create a new account or save changes that you made to the account.

Page Contents

The following table shows the information that you can enter and modify for each account.

Field	Description
Account Name	Enter the unique company name of the `A/E firm` or `BPM`.
Account Type	Select whether the account is an A/E Professional Firm or Building Product Manufacturer.
Phone Number	Select a country number format and enter the registered phone number of the account.
First Name	Enter the first name of the `primary contact person` for the account.
Last Name	Enter the last name of the `primary contact person`.
Contact Email	Enter the email address of the `primary contact person`.
Account Number	Enter the unique account number of the `A/E firm` or `BPM`.
Subscription Expiration Date	Select the date when the account's license for `Deltek Specpoint` expires.
Admin / Author	This field is available only for accounts that have an Account Type of A/E Professional Firm. Enter the maximum number of `administrator`s and `author`s allotted for the account based on the customer's purchase. `Specpoint` includes only users whose status is Active or Pending Invite for this limit.
Reviewer	This field is available only for accounts that have an Account Type of A/E Professional Firm. Enter the maximum number of `contributor`s allotted for the account based on the customer's purchase. `Specpoint` includes only users whose status is Active or Pending Invite for this limit.
User Limit	This field is available only for accounts that have an Account Type of Building Product Manufacturer. Enter the maximum number of users allotted for the account based on the customer's purchase. `Specpoint` includes only users whose status is Active or Pending Invite for this limit.
Display Name	Enter the unique display name of the `A/E firm` or `BPM`.
Status	Select whether the account is Active or Inactive.
Best Practices	This field is available only for accounts that have an Account Type of A/E Professional Firm. Select whether the best practices module is Active or Inactive for the `A/E firm`.
Deltek Rep	Select the `Deltek` representative assigned for the account.
Is Reseller	This field is available only for accounts that have an Account Type of Building Product Manufacturer. Select this option to convert the `BPM` account into a reseller firm account. Warning: When you save an account as a reseller firm, you can no longer modify this setting.
Reseller	This field is available only for non-reseller `BPM` accounts, which is when the Account Type is Building Product Manufacturer and the Is Reseller option is blank. Select a reseller firm to assign to the `BPM` account.
Hide Industry Analytics	This option is available only for accounts that have an Account Type of Building Product Manufacturer. Select this option to hide the industry analytics module, which includes the reports and features on the Industry Analytics page, from the `BPM` account. To make this module available, clear this option. By default, this option is selected.

Designate Account Admin

Use the following fields to assign the designated account administrator. If the primary contact person is not the designated account administrator, use the following fields to enter the administrator's information:

Same as above	Select this option to assign the primary contact person as the `designated account administrator`.
First Name	Enter the first name of the `designated account administrator`.
Last Name	Enter the last name of the `designated account administrator`.
Company Contact Email for Support	Enter the email address of the `designated account administrator`.
