Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Export Project Search Results

Export projects from the All Search Results list as a CSV, XLSX, or PDF file to use project data outside Specpoint.

You can export a maximum of 50 projects at a single time.

To export projects from the All Search Results list:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Home.
  2. On the Project Research Map, filter projects.
    For more information, see Filter Project Map.
  3. Click Results.
  4. In the All Search Results pane, click Export Results.
  5. In the Export dialog box, in the Export As field, select the file format (CSV, XLSX, or PDF) to which you want to export.
  6. Click Export.
