Exporting Data

PPM Administrator allows you to export all of the information for a single record from the detail view of a selected form. Each tab in the detail view corresponds to a tab in the exported XLSX file.

Alternatively, you can use the list view of the selected form to export more than one record. You can filter the data, select and arrange the columns, and then export to Comma-Separated Values (CSV). The CSV file only contains information or columns that can be added to the list view. The CSV file is fully formatted to accommodate special characters in users' names, ensuring compatibility.
