Select Columns Dialog Box
Use the Select Columns dialog box to find and select the columns that you want to display in the grid in list view and include in the file to export.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Available Columns | This list includes all available columns that you can display in the grid. Use this list to select the columns that you want to include in the exported file. As you select the columns, they are automatically moved to the Selected Columns list. |
Find Available Columns | Use this field to quickly find a column. Enter a part of the field name to narrow the search results. |
Add All | Click this option to add all columns to the grid. |
Selected Columns | As you select columns in the Available Columns list, they are moved to the Selected Columns list. The order in which the columns are listed dictates the order they display in the exported file. Click and drag a column up or down in the list to change the display order. |
Find Selected Columns | Use this field to quickly find a column. Enter a part of the field name to narrow the search results. |
Remove All | Click this option to remove all columns from the grid. |
Restore Defaults | Click this option to restore the default settings to the grid. |
Apply | Click this button to save your changes. |
