Add a Column to a Grid

Use these steps to add a column to a grid.

To add a column to a grid:

  1. In the list view, click Grid Settings in the top right corner of the grid.
  2. In the Select Columns Available Columns list, click on a column to add it to the Selected Columns list.
    The column is added to the bottom of the list.
  3. (Optional) Click to the left of the column name (your cursor becomes a hand symbol) and drag it up the list to place it where you want to see it in the grid.
  4. Click Apply.
