View the List of Currently Logged In Users

Use this procedure to view the list of all users who are currently logged in to a PPM product.

To view the list of logged in users:

1. In the Navigation pane, select Security > Licenses.
   By default, Licenses Detail View displays.
2. Take one of the following actions:
   • On the Licenses Detail View, in the Logged In Users field, click the number.
   • On the Licenses List View (which you can access by clicking ), in the LOGGED IN USERS column, click the number. Alternatively, you can click and select Manage Logins.
3. In the Logged In Users dialog box, when there is a large number of users in the grid, you can click to filter the results to further refine the list that displays.
   To add, remove, or change the order of the columns in the grid, click.
