View the List of Users Assigned to a License

Use this procedure to view the list of all users who are assigned to a PPM license.

To view the list of users assigned to a license:

1. In the Navigation pane, select SECURITY > Licenses.
   By default, the Licenses Detail View displays.
2. Take one of the following actions:
   • On the Licenses Detail View, in the Assigned Users field, click the number.
   • On the Licenses List View (which you can access by clicking ), in the ASSIGNED USERS column, click the number. Alternatively, you can click and select Assign Users.
3. In the Assign Users dialog box, when there is a large number of users in the grid, you can click to filter the results to further refine the list that displays.
   To add, remove, or change the order of the columns in the grid, click.
