View Teams Conversations for Shared Documents

Access and engage with Teams conversations linked to project documents shared from PIM. Use the Teams column in search results or the Summary Details window to quickly navigate to relevant posts and collaborate seamlessly.

You must be a member of the relevant Microsoft team to access conversations linked to project documents in PIM.

To view Teams conversations for shared documents:

1. Navigate to the Information Zone or the Documents tab on an entity record, such as a project or organization.
2. In the Teams column, click .
3. On the Share Documents to a Teams Conversation window, click the title of the conversation that you want to view in Microsoft Teams.

You can also view Teams conversations linked to documents via the Teams tab when you view the Summary Details for a document.
