Post Documents to a New Teams Conversation
Share project documents from PIM into a new Microsoft Teams conversation to encourage collaboration and discussion. This feature creates a new conversation within the selected Team channel, making it simple for team members to engage and provide feedback. For single documents, the conversation title defaults to the document's title, which you can modify if needed. For multiple documents, you must provide a conversation title. Note that you can only post documents to teams and channels that you have access to.
Note: To post documents to Teams, you must have the Teams.ShareDocument entity function role. If you have this role, a green tick appears on the Teams icon in the top navigation bar, indicating your connection to Teams
