Unlock a User

You can unlock a partner user's account if they have locked themselves out after submitting too many incorrect password entries. After you unlock a user account, the user can attempt to log in to the system again, or reset their password.

To unlock a user:

  1. In the Admin Zone, click the Users tab.
  2. In the Contact field, enter the name of the contact.
    As you type, a list of matching contacts displays.
  3. Click the contact that you want to unlock.
  4. Click .
    Note: If this icon is not enabled, it means that the contact is not currently a licensed user. For information, see Create a User.
  5. On the user account window, click Reset Lock Out.
