Publishing Documents
You publish documents to the Document Management System to store them in a central place. You can track and manage updates to documents through version control, and share documents with teammates and colleagues.
Access to documents is governed at the document pool level. When you publish documents to the DMS, you select one of more document pools to add them to. If a document pool is associated with entity attributes, you can also link documents to specific records, such as projects and organizations.
Attention: The method to publish documents in Internet Explorer is different to that of other browsers. You must follow the correct procedure for the browser that you are working in.
