Create a Smart Summary

Use these steps to generate a smart summary about the current record.

Before generating a smart summary, your administrator must enable the smart summary functionality and set up user role access.

You should independently review and verify the accuracy.

To create a smart summary:

  1. Go to a workspace where the smart summary feature is enabled.
  2. Use the search filter and/or the Search field at the top of the workspace to select a record.
  3. Click the Smart Summary assistant.

  4. Click Generate Summary.
  5. Once the summary has been successfully generated, click Ok in the notification that displays.
  6. (Optional) Click the Regenerate Summary icon if you want to refresh the summary, such as when new information has been added on the job.
