Contents of the AI-Generated Customer Smart Summary

The Customer Smart Summary highlights important information about a customer, such as recent activities, job status, financial health, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Each Customer Smart Summary contains up to eight sections that provide information about the job.

You can copy the contents of the smart summary by clicking the Copy Smart Summary icon in the bottom right corner of the assistant.

Section	Contents
Overview	This section provides general information about the customer, such as the customer description, its parent company, payment terms, and credit limit.
Background	This section provides more details about the customer, such as its industry background, products, services, or solutions.
Financial Health	This section provides a snapshot of the customer's current financial state and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Open Jobs	This section summarizes the three latest open T&M or fixed price jobs.
Closed Jobs	This section summarizes the three latest closed T&M or fixed price jobs.
Opportunities	This section contains details regarding the latest updates to available open opportunities.
Recent Activities	This section provides details regarding the most recent and upcoming activities associated with this customer.
Analysis	This section provides a brief assessment of the customer's current status, identifying any factors that may result in potential losses associated with the customer.
