Manage Users
Maconomy Cloud administrators create users and provide access to Maconomy. The welcome email you receive during implementation contains a link to a secure site where the administrator and other employees can download a version installer for the Workspace Client.

If your organization needs to change the SaaS Administrator listed on your customer account, you must submit a support case to Deltek Customer Care. - Grant Implementer Access
Administrators can grant implementer access to Maconomy by submitting a service request. - Assign Authorized Support Contact (ASC)
Authorized Support Contacts are named individuals who will be able to submit Customer Care Cases on behalf of the customer. - Distribute Environment Details to Users
As the SaaS Administrator, during the implementation process you will receive a Welcome email that includes information about the URLs that all employees will use to access the Maconomy Essentials. The Welcome Email also includes a link to a secure URL site from which the SaaS Administrator and other employees can download a version installer for the Workspace Client. - Create and Configure Roles and Accounts
When you are given access to the Maconomy SaaS environment, the SaaS Administrator account is already set up for you. The username is typically your full name. The initial username and password for this account are included in two separate emails sent to you. You are asked to change your password after your initial log in. - Password Policies
Deltek works continuously to protect the security, privacy, and integrity of the data stored within each customer's SaaS instance of Maconomy.
