Contract Control helps you keep your contracts running smoothly. You can manage contract activities and monitor contract progress.

GovWin Capture Management's Contract Control tools and applications focus on the performance of your contracts and the people who work on them.

The purpose of GovWin Capture Management Contract Control is to help you keep your contracts running smoothly, by providing you with the tools you need to manage contract activities and monitor contract progress. While you can use GovWin Capture Management Contract Control by itself, it is designed to integrate with other GovWin Capture Management applications—such as CRM and Proposals—to provide you with a complete contract management system.

Before you begin using GovWin Capture Management Contract Control, you must enter basic information about each of your contracts, including phases and tasks, if applicable. You must also enter basic information about your customers and your employees.

Using the information that you supply and the calculations GovWin Capture Management makes, you can then generate reports that show the status of your contracts.

• The Contract List report shows all of the data currently entered in the Contract Info Center. Use this information to review and verify the data entered in your Info Center records.
• The CRM Contract Summary report includes data from the current database for all contract-related fields in the Info Center, grouped into default sections.
