Contract Records
Enter and manage your contract records in the Contract Info Center.
Use the Contract Info Center to maintain all contract information, including contract names and locations, estimated and actual completion dates, associated customers, contacts, and consultants, details about the team members working on contract, contract activity details, and related files and graphics. Before you start adding contracts to your database, you may want to learn more about Contract Templates. The Contract Template form contains the same tabs and fields as the Contract Info Center. You create and save templates using a pre-defined WBS, and you enter data only in the fields you want on each tab. User can then access your templates when they are creating new contract records. This saves time and helps to ensure the consistency and accuracy of your contract records.
