The dialog boxes for Document Management facilitate linking, editing, and uploading documents, as well as document checkin/checkout.

Use the Link Document dialog box to link a SharePoint document to an Info Center record. - Document Check In Dialog Box
When you finish work on a document, use the Document Check In dialog box to check the document back into SharePoint. After you check in a document, other GovWin Capture Management users can check out the document and make changes to it. You can also use this dialog box to save changes to the document but keep it checked out. - Document Version History Dialog Box
Use the Document Version History dialog box to view previous versions of a document. GovWin Capture Management retains document history if you enable versioning for the library in which the document resides. Click a heading to change the sort order from ascending to descending or from descending to ascending. - Edit Properties Dialog Box
Use the Edit Properties dialog box to enter or modify the document's title or description. You can search for documents by title or description. You cannot edit a document's properties while the document is checked out. - File Upload Dialog Box
Use the File Upload dialog box to link a document to an Info Center record. The selected document uploads to SharePoint and links to the info record that you select.
