When you delete a document in Document Management, you permanently delete the document from SharePoint. You also remove all links from the document to records in the Info Center. - View the Version History of a Document
You can view previous versions of a document. GovWin Capture Management retains document history only if you enable versioning for the library in which this document resides. If versioning is not enabled, only the current version remains in history.
