Check in a Document
Check in a document when you finish work on it. When you check in a document, GovWin Capture Management updates the document version and the document's history. After you check in a document, other GovWin Capture Management users can check out the document and make changes to it.
To check in a document, complete the following steps:
- Select the document.
- Click Check In.

On the Document Check In dialog box, select one of the following options:

Check in document

Check in changes saved to this document, but leave the document checked out

- Browse to the updated file.
- Enter comments about the edits that you made.
- Click OK.
