Welcome to the GovWin Capture Management Help System

The Deltek GovWin Capture Management Help System provides end-user help for all areas of the GovWin Capture Management application.

You launch the Help from links in GovWin Capture Management. Each section of the help contains all the help topics for an individual application, such as the Info Center or Reporting.

The help system provides different types of help topics:

Topic Type Purpose
Concepts Concept topics explain the underlying concepts that drive business processes in GovWin Capture Management.
Overviews Overview topics provide general information about an application area or a business process or function, and they contain links to related procedural and form-level help topics.
Checklists Checklist topics contain lists of procedures that you must perform sequentially to complete complex processing functions.
Procedures Procedure topics provide step-by-step instructions for completing a task.
Form-Level (Tab and Field Descriptions) Form-level topics provide descriptions of GovWin Capture Management forms and explain the data entry requirements for each field on a form.

Your activities can include phone calls, meetings, tasks, and other important business functions.

    Use GovWin Capture Management Proposals to create custom proposals as well as standard SF254, SF255, and SF330 proposals for government contracts.
  • Billing Rate Tables in GovWin Capture Management
    In GovWin Capture Management, you establish billing labor category tables if you intend to use service estimates.
  • Reporting Overview
    Reporting offers you a wide range of reports that present information about all aspects of your data, including contracts, customers, and employees. The reports come with a set of default formatting options, which you may keep or change.
  • Utilities Overview
    GovWin Capture Management includes a set of utilities, available from the Utilities menu, that perform maintenance, setup, data import and other functions in your GovWin Capture Management database.
