Refine the Search Results

You can refine the list of returned search records that match your search criteria.

To refine the list of search records based on the search criteria:

  1. Click the Show Preview: toggle to display the Search Results grid.
  2. Click the check box for each search record that you want to include in that search.

    To include only a subset of records in long lists of search results:

    • On the Search Results grid, click the heading row's check box to include all records for the search.
    • Click the check box for each record to remove the check mark and to exclude the record from the search.
    Unchecked records will not appear in the record selection lists of the Hub or application associated with the records.
  3. Click Apply to include/exclude records in the search records lists. If you expanded the Search Results preview to full screen, you cannot refine the search results list. Click to close the expanded Search Results Preview and return to the Search dialog box. For more information about expanded Search Results Preview, see Maximize the Search Results Preview.
