Maximize the Search Results Preview

On the Actions bar of the New/Edit Search dialog box, click to expand the Search Results Preview to full screen. Vantagepoint fills the screen with the Search Results grid and Show # of Results option allowing you to more easily scroll through and filter long lists of search results.

Prerequisites: Create a new search or open an existing search.

To expand the Search Results list to full screen:

1. On the Search dialog box, click Show Preview to display the Search Results grid and the Show # of Results counter.
2. On the Actions bar, click to expand the Search Results preview to full screen. Both the Search Results grid and the Show # of Results fill the screen, allowing you to scroll through and filter long lists of search records as needed.
3. Click again to close the expanded Search Results preview. The Search dialog box appears.
